06/19/10 Saturday	2nd Annual Keep Moving Forward 5K Run/Walk	At the Galaxy Theatre in Riverbank. This is a great event for the whole family-or your colleagues at work, or friends & neighbors-in which to participate. The $25.00 registration fee includes a "Keep Moving Forward" T-Shirt and goodie bag. Registration is available on-line at www.active.com.
08/21/10 Saturday	6th annual, Gala	Our theme this year is "the Fabulous 50's". We will have a classic car show; a fantastic silent and live auction; a delicious dinner and dessert bar; radio personality Marty Lancer to spin our "45's"; and. a Bay Area duo: Michael Husser and Jory Sherman to lay down some authentic "Rock-n-Roll" guitar music for us. Hear our new Director, Jon Brooks, tell us how the center has changed his life as he is also losing his sight. Our Door Prize this year is a relaxing, half-day Spa package from Renee's Day Spa. And-last, but not least-don't forget our nifty "Best 50's Costume" prize. Tickets are $40.00 each. $25.00 for visually impaired persons and their escort.
